'Dit is een wat ouder hotel. Kamer en badkamer zijn schoon. Prima beddegoed en iedere dag schoonmaak met nieuwe handdoeken. Ideaal is de locatie vlak bij het strand en de restaurants / cafés in de buurt. Onze kamer beschikte over een keuken met koelkast, kookplaat, magnetron en koffiezetapparaat. Verder beschikt het hotel over een zwembad met ligstoelen/zitjes. Prima voor een paar dagen strand. Wij komen hier een volgende keer zeker weer terug.'

Hoist replied all our questions super fast and had one problems in contacting him. the property was prefect for 6 of us, move than enough room for all of us, pool super clean, great location, kitchen had enough tools and plates so that we could cook at home when needed, if we come back to Miami area again we would look at getting this property again. many thanks for the house. jason'

'We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was comfortable, check in was easy. The condo is about 2 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the start of restaurants on Ocean blvd. It was also great to have amenities similar to a hotel with staff on-site.'

'Had a 1 week stay here and this place was pretty much prefect. Small front house with everything needed, all the basics and The green/orange line on the corner giving you easy access to the airport and downtown. The whole place was clean and kinda cute. Could hear the back house through the walls sometimes but didn't bother me much. Nothing too crazy but perfect for a couple friends enjoying a week in Miami.'

'Our stay was really nice. However, the pool was really small. Although I did inquire about it prior to renting here, (as the pictures seemed to suggest it was on the small side), once we were there we saw it was really for children and not adults to enjoy. Otherwise,the house very nice and clean and owner was very responsive to any questions.'

'This was a perfect spot for a weekend stay! Lots of room and stocked Kitchen. The remote to living room is tricky - but doable. It would be helpful it there was an info sheet. Many of the VRBO's we stay at provide all the contact info, Wi-Fi, check-out, restaurants in area, etc. That being said, our Property manager, Joe, was so easy to get a hold of and helpful.'
