'We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10'

'We had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia for a school tour. Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. The pictures and price per night was exactly what I was looking for. We arrived at the property late Friday night because of the traffic coming from South Carolina. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy and a little frightening. I thought we were lost. Once we found the address and went inside...

'The house is wonderful and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Communication with the owner was excellent and the beds were so very comfortable!'

'Very clean spacious accommodations and decorated beautifully. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms very large! The home was perfect for my family of six adults. Good restaurants within walking distance. Parking with a really large vehicle was only challenge but always found a spot within a block. Recommend this location.'

'I was in town for Wrestlemania 40. Location was great. Short 10-15 min ride to Philly. Supermarket and basic amenities were located within walking distance of the place. It serviced me well.'

There was a lot of construction going on in the area but I just assume that mean greater amenities in the future. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. 'This is a beautiful big home with a lot of great amenities. Four full bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms is a luxury, especially for the price. We enjoyed the patio and the big dining room table, and the parking pass was a huge bonus. We walked comfortably from the house to the center of town, but it’s a little farther to some of the sights than we expected. However, Uber was easy to use and I would happily stay here again. Gladys was a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.'

'I brought my teenage daughter and three of her friends to a show at the Fillmore. This home was absolutely perfect. It is only one block from the venue. The home is exactly as pictured. Gabe and Jon were excellent hosts and replied almost instantly for the few questions I had. Sadly we only got to stay for one night, but all five of us can’t wait to book the place again! Street parking was limited, but we made out ok.'

'Nice 3 story home. It would be a good ides to let visitors know where to park. Breaker flipped once when we used the wall electric heater, and the dishes were put back into the cabinet dirty (could have been done by the previous visitors). Other then that, we enjoyed our stay.'

'From booking to actually seeing the place in person, i was thoroughly impressed and pleased. The hosts kept the lines of communication open to answer any questions and provide guidance. The place was amazing. It was more enjoyable and more spacious than staying in a hotel. The whole family, 7 of us, all enjoyed the accommodations. Next time I'm in the Philly area, I know where I'm staying.'

'We wanted a place in a city neighborhood so we could park the car and use public transportation or walk to our sightseeing destinations. The property was excellent. Location nice. Unit cleaned and well managed . We lucked into a convenient parking spot and left the car for three days. Walked to the neighborhood markets and bars and walked to the conveniently located subway station.'

'Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead'
