'They wouldn't let us check in early and we were traveling and they didnt even check the actual room. The pool felt nice but it needed to be cleaned. Our ac in our room wasnt cooling down the room and they tried to fix it by nelting the ice with a hair dryer which didnt work because we had to tell them again and they switched our room towards the end of our stay. 'The hotel itself is charming with a lovely courtyard and it is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We were there on a weekend and they may have been short staffed but our room wasn’t serviced even though I was assured it would be. The main problem was that the room itself was tiny. There was only one chair and no desk or table. The TV was on the far wall and the only way to watch it would have been to stand in the doorway to the room.'
