'This hotel has no reception or staff in house to support you. When I arrived, I realized that I had to check, provided ID and my picture via an app. If you need anything, there was a phone number but no one picked up. The line was always busy. I had no option to text them then waited for their responses. Expedia should have a label for this type of hotel so it would not mislead travellers. The room is not as shown in the pictures. 'The place was super cute, clean and nicely decorated. Comes stocked with everything you need. It was a really great price and having parking available was ideal. Perfect for two people. The only complaint is the bed. It wasn't comfortable at all and the pillows as well. We both woke up with a sore back and neck. We only stayed 3 nights, but any longer would have did us in. Otherwise great place!'
