'My son lives 2 buildings over in Casa Armani, while visiting we stayed here as there were many of us for the holiday weekend. Staff was rude , the bed had no bedding and while arriving at 1am due to flight delays we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for bedding. We decided to check out the next day and when we requested the refund for prepaying for the valet car service they gave me a hard time and then proceeded to reimburse us $15 . We weren't even at the hotel a full 24 hrs. Stay away!!!...

'The hotel was great! Nice pool and direct beach acces. The rooms are nice and spacious, they are a bit outdated and need some attention but still good enough. The rest of the hotel is great exept for the valet! The valet took (stole) money out of my car on more than one occasion! I even left some on purpose to see if it was still there next time.. no it wasn’t… i mentioned this at the hotel desk but i don’t think they did anything. '
