'Zeer mooi hotel, wel niet gemakkelijk om aan de lobby te geraken met je bagage...(trappen) Wij zaten in Kaskades, prachtige kamer met allerlei snufjes, maar hadden enkel te heet of te koud water in de douche, ook liep het water van de douchedeur zo in de badkamer, en de afvoer was nodig ontstopt... Het ontbijt was wel prima en ook de ligging is ideaal. '

'Het personeel is vriendelijk en het hotel is schoon. De kussens van zijn helaas erg zacht. De vloer in de hotelkamer was beschadigd en de koelkast in de kamer maakt een hoop lawaai. Het rooftop zwembad is super. Ook de locatie van het hotel is top. '

'It's a great location in a slightly quieter area in northern Hollywood beach however your just 1 5 min walk down the boardwalk to all the action and restaurants if you'd like. The restaurant at the hotel is great serving breakfast lunch and dinner. We had the buffet breakfast there everyday and dinner a few time, great spot and convenient. 'Nice hotel, really enjoyable, relaxed pool. Great location: Next to the beach and restaurants. Downside: Airco was very noisy and we had to pay a lot of different taxes, local, state, resort, at check out, which took us by surprise.'

'Should have got the lady name at the front desk . I checked out around 11:30/11:45 . And I stood behind 2 people that were together that were checking in . The person checking them in not once said I be right with you nothing ignored me the whole time. Very disrespectful. All customers are important not jst one . The hotel score could have been higher but that lady was very spiteful. I would have understood if she would have said I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.'

'The room had broken AC, the doors were stuck from excessive paint, the water pressure was very low, and the water barely got warm in the shower. Very disappointing considering the names DoubleTree and Hilton were attached.'
