'Overall the front desk help is very helpful and kind. When you check in. They do what they can to accommodate you. However be prepared if you’re checking in just before 4pm it’s a zoo in the lobby and if you drove your own car, the front entrance where the bell hops are greeting the incoming cars and guests in my opinion is not large enough to accommodate the amount of incoming cars and taxis and ride share vehicles entering the property therefore the front of the hotel can always appear to look...

At check-in we were not told anything about how parking worked, so we had to go back and forth with the parking attendant and reception, then we were also not given an amenity card, so once arriving at the waterpark we had to turn around and go back to reception for that, it was just frustrating that none of this was spoken about at check in.
