'The beach view was obstructive with palm trees. Do not choose oceanfront with two queen beds, the highest floor you get is number five and you do not see the ocean at all. Sink was cracked and sealed with dirty silicon, fridge extremely small, water flow in sink is very weak, only one sink, not comfortable to even wash hands, they should change the style. Saw a couple of gangs swirling around, does not feel safe. Also a lot of escort girls, some snob families. Does not feel as very inviting 5...

'We stayed at this property 2 separate times while we were there for a cruise. The property was fairly clean but you could see its age. Staff were polite. Our room was average but our bathroom on both stays were very old and outdated and the tubs would not drain. The only perk was beach access. We wont be staying here in the future because the cost per night does not equal what we were expecting. '

'Extremly inadequate! When we arrived there was no front desk to greet us for 5 minutes. The room didn't have enough washcloths & no face towels. The glass door nor the glass balcony was cleaned. Housekeeping came to clean our room after 5pm when we had returned... we asked for water & sent her away because we were tired. In addition to the bathroom wall needing to be cleaned. A towel covered the dirt spot. We didnt get any sleep every night because there was a loud buzzing noise that sounded...

'It’s a nice property, but I wouldn’t say it’s first class. It is very family friendly, but the room is what I would call Soso. There are no such thing as Terry cloth robes the restaurant bourbon steak really not a place you want to go to it’s mediocre steak to say the least place is a bit dirty. I think they’re having a little problem with language barriers not too many people spoke English properly, so that was a problem so be prepared I would practice your Spanish before you go long lines in...

'Sunny Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The renovation is beyond gorgeous, modern, tasteful, and filled with the most beautiful sunny energy. It just feels good being there. Every detail is so well done, it’s chic without trying too hard. Already looking forward to my next stay!'
