'April reservation for July was canceled 2 days prior to check in. Still waiting on 1 day credit after being upgraded for 2 days. Check in is at 4 but cabin wasn’t ready until 6:15 even though previous tenants left the night before. Employees were not friendly at all. No fireworks on the 4th as told on phone. 'We had a good time and the property had some fun things to do. Unfortunately, we didn’t know we had to book most things (horseback riding, golf cart reservations) well in advance as there was no guidance and this was our first time there. It would have been nice to get accompanying info on reserving/booking in advance. The resort had an event the weekend we stayed, making it very busy and congested, but going a less busy weekend would have been better. The yurt was nice, but neighboring yurt...
