'Definitely a place to stay for the outdoor lovers! My 3 year old loved exploring the creek. We found so many insects and critters to looks at. The house is a little dated but met all our needs and aligned to our expectations and the photos. Really great outdoor entertaining area that I wish we could have used more!'

'We had a great time socializing by the incredible babbling creek. Lots of space and nice property. The only thing is the wood rockers in the gazebo smelled really bad from mold and mildew. We moved them out of the gazebo.'

'The home had everything we needed and far more, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, a game room with a foosball table, pinball machine and a full size arcade game loaded with tons of options, plus a cache of board games. The interior is tall ceilings, a full wall of windows, beautiful pine walls and ceilings, comfortable furniture, large smart TV in each bedroom, living room, and game room. It is very private, has a creek right beside the house. We loved it and hope to return soon'

'The house was absolutely beautiful. Didn’t get to enjoy outdoor area. However the bumper pool took me back to my childhood. The road in was being paved so that was very bumpy. Due to all the rain it was super muddy. Other than this thank you for a clean, safe, worry free place to stay. Would definitely book again.'

'I was a little nervous about this one due to some recent negative reviews, but we have stayed all over Boone and it's hard to find a perfect house up there. This one is very comfortable, and they must have worked on cleaning because it was mostly fine. Not perfect, but acceptable. Plenty of towels. Main bed is super comfy and the room is quiet and dark. Upstairs ceiling is low so duck but it's worth the tradeoff of having 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (hard to find in the area). TV works great with...

'We loved the well-appointed cabin and found it to be peaceful and relaxing. The cabin was located in a great place for some quiet, but a short drive from all of the activities we wanted to do. We greatly enjoyed our stay!'

'The house was just as described. It was enough room for our family of 5, close enough to everything we wanted to do, & hot tub was great! The only issues, which were not deal breakers & I’d still stay again, were the fact the the loft is super hot for whoever stays up there and the smell of sewage. I assume it is coming from the garage disposal. We bought a candle and some febreeze spray and it was fine. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The sound of the water flowing down the creek as you drift off to sleep has to be better than any sound machine ever. The beds were comfy and so was the fireplace. Dinner on the deck was my favorite thing of all. Highly recommend this home as well as the location!'

'This was a perfect house to stay at in Banner Elk and was very close to the main street in Banner Elk making it incredibly convenient. The instructions and communication with Kelsey were super clear and she made us feel very welcome. The house was immaculate and the hot tub was an extra bonus! 'The Red Roof cabin was perfect for our group. It is relatively close to Roan mountain (a beautiful hike), and close to Burnsville where we spent an afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch taking in the beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin is well stocked (kitchen, bathrooms and living areas easily accommodated the five of us. Note for those who like a cold beer after a hike, the cabin is in a dry county!'
