'Over a year ago we reserved this lovely home and had to reschedule due to Hurricane Ian. This home was worth the wait. Central to all points of interest, easily accessible and in a quiet neighborhood. The host, Guillermo, was an absolute delight. The home is immaculately clean and the host is attentive and helpful when needed. I would highly recommend staying here, or at any property that is hosted by Guillermo. 'We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pictures had me excited and I can say with certainty now that they did not lie. The property was clean, Nick responded right away to any questions and it was about 18minuets away from the Airport which was great for us. Its also about 20 or so minutes away from everything else. 'This is a great place to stay. Lovely, spacious house, well equipped and comfortable. We visited from Canada for 5 nights and loved it. Safe, quiet, neighbourhood, 8 minutes easy walk to restaurants and bars (including the famous Versailles restaurant). The host/management company was responsive to our needs and reached out regularly to check all was ok (it was!). Would definitely book again.'

The property itself was beautiful and the lake was an added bonus! If only we got to use the kayaks on the lake (we didn't have enough time with everything we had planned). 'The check in was great, but the place definitely needs a renovation. It was clean inside, all the amenities you could want. We did not have time to use the swimming pool but it looked clean when we arrived. I hope the place will get a good remodeling done. '

'The property was great for our group of 6 adults. The host was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect to do all types of Miami activities. Only real issue we had was with the lights in the bedrooms. If someone used the remotes to turn lights on in a sepat bedroom it would turn the lights on in other bedrooms as well. Other than that we had a blast!'

'This was a perfect spot for a weekend stay! Lots of room and stocked Kitchen. The remote to living room is tricky - but doable. It would be helpful it there was an info sheet. Many of the VRBO's we stay at provide all the contact info, Wi-Fi, check-out, restaurants in area, etc. That being said, our Property manager, Joe, was so easy to get a hold of and helpful.'
