'When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!'

'We had a great stay! With that being said, there are two items to be aware of. 1. It is actually located in Mattapan not in Boston. We took an Uber to get there and explained to our driver that it was important to go to the one at the Zip provided. We could not find a way to put the zip into Uber. We ended up going to the wrong address and had to pay a 2nd fee to get there. Just be aware that it is in Mattapan. 2. The property was well stocked and we had everything we needed with one...

'We loved the accomodation it was big, beautifull rooms. Unfortunatly there was mouse poo on one of the beds. we let them know and they came to clean it straight away. then when we went to bed we found a pair of dirty socks in the bed... and more mouse poo jn the kitchen... we did report this but we have had no respons.'

'Great stay and very convenient to visit Boston. Very spacious if you have a big group. I would suggest some hooks in bathrooms and near door. We couldn’t hand towels or jackets. Very minor suggestion, overall great stay.'

'Great location, more comfortable for two people. Very quiet neighborhood'

'Every year we Mainers, meet friends from Philly, our former home, somewhere near Boston to celebrate Christmas and New Years. This year, our host actually had a beautiful Christmas Tree set up for us. We had wonderful time in a modern, comfortable, convenient home, less than 30 minutes from North Boston where we had New Years dinner. Highly recommend staying here.'

'We had three couples share this property for a fun weekend in Boston. We were going to a show in the theatre district, restaurants in the South End and Southie. A great location for exploring that side of town. The space is wonderful. Parking in the area was easier than expected on a weekend. There’s only one bathroom, though it was rarely an issue for our group. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!'

'Our owner, Christopher, host was a delight. We learned that this really old property was owned by the Irish chef of police of Boston. A lot of stairs to climb. Nice kitchen/family room. It’s an old house that needs some minor fixing up and a lot of attention to small details be an overall five star property. The location is only 5 to 6 miles from downtown Boston and the airport but during rush hour the commute is a real challenge. Plenty outlets for our electronics. More than most hotels.'
