'My family and I enjoyed our stay. We came down for an event and didn't spend too much time on the property. However, it was clean and nicely furnished. The owner was prompt in responding to questions. Would recommend.'

'Overall we really enjoyed the stay. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. The parking was very difficult so you may want to consider Uber to get around. My only negative comment would be that the pull out beds/mats are very dirty and need replaced. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead'

'Beautiful house with plenty of space for a family of any size to relax and spend time with each other. One of the safest areas to of Philly to stay with nice neighbors all around. The host communicates very which gives me a piece of mind when getting all the booking details. Parking is competitive I suggest to come early.'

'The property was nice. It was very roomy and accommodated our 3 adult couples well. It would have been more convenient if there was a half bath on the main floor. Other than that, it suited our needs well, while we visited the historic district which was only a short ride away. '

'We had to take my aunt off life support. One of the hardest weeks of my life however the owners were the best and the home is absolutely wonderful. Close to absolutely everything and there’s a parking garbage right across the street . Spacious is an understatement. I’d love to know where they got that wood furniture piece from bc it’s definitely one of a kind. You will not regret it. I stay at these a lot and this is my first perfect 10'

'We had the pleasure of visiting Philadelphia for a school tour. Instead of booking a hotel I decided to search for a nice apartment or house that could accommodate 3 teenagers 2 adults and a small dog. The pictures and price per night was exactly what I was looking for. We arrived at the property late Friday night because of the traffic coming from South Carolina.
