'The Property Manager contacted me close to check in time letting me know that i was being moved from a studio to a 1BR due to issue in studio. The 1BR was an upgrade at no extra charge. There were some issues with the 1BR which I have already relayed to the manager and will hopefully be fixed before next guest. Location was on a busy street.
