'Everything was really great except the pullout sofa was not comfortable enough to sleep on. 'The location is obviously perfect if you are looking for a ski in ski out place but it has some gotchas..for instance dont expect to sleep in past 6:30 am, very noisy due to it being next to the breezeway that accesses the lifts. You can also hear any noise made by neighbors. As far as condition of the unit..its a pretty standard rental management ran condo.
