'I stayed here on a recent solo trip and as a woman on travel alone it is VERY important to feel safe and comfortable. I did. The staff were all very kind and friendly, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet, and the "suite" style room was exactly what I needed. I would absolutely love to stay here again!'

'Showed up at night. The check in guy acted like he didn't want to be there. I paid for a Lakeview room. He put me on the second floor and all I could see was a roof. Thanks pal. 'What didn't go wrong? There was an exposed wire on the landline. None of the USB charging ports in the living room worked. The shower water was only lukewarm. The TV in the bedroom was not connected to the internet; so I couldn't stream anything. Also, the remote in the bedroom did not work. Finally, there was a soapy film on top of the pool. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel.'
