'We enjoyed the house as everyone’s rooms were spread out and gave each privacy. Beautifully decorated and much detail throughout. Loved the indoor and outdoor kitchens as one of our family members is a fine dining chef and we all enjoy cooking. The wood sauna and soaking tub was a huge hit with our family as well the outdoor patios and fire pits to gather around.'

'We had a nice stay. There are several comfortable outdoor spaces for sitting and enjoying the woodsy setting. The view would be lovely, but was difficult to enjoy from inside as the big picture window was cloudy (not dirty, but due to a defective seal, usually covered under warranty and easily fixable). The interior was clean, comfortable and stylishly decorated. Hosts were very helpful and communicative.'

'My friends and extended family have an annual reunion in Carmel, a tradition for 20 years. We have had opportunity to stay in multiple houses over the years. This home, however, was the best by far. It suited all of our particular needs beautifully. The house is exactly as described. The landscaping is beautiful with multiple outdoor seating areas. The house is also very private, with an automatic gate for the driveway and plenty area to park your cars. It has very easy access to highway 1, but...
