But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!'

'There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! 'Todd was great at communicating with us while we were there. Check in and out a breeze. The photos are a little deceiving - balcony is very tiny and we didn’t have a deck. The views were amazing though and so easy to get to things.'

'I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. 'This house was perfect for my friends and family getaway weekend. With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of space to sleep, multiple living rooms and a good size kitchen/dining room. 'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
