We loved seeing and hearing the donkeys out back every morning and evening. 'Immaculately clean with some nice added touches. Because there are different units, it would be a great property if you had a few friends or couples that wanted their own privacy but to also stay together. Private backyard to socialise. The only drawback with sharing the property is the parking as it is one long driveway and so you may have to ask or be asked to move your vehicle so someone can get out. The neighbourhood isn't the prettiest but it felt safe and this property is very well kept....

'The property was just as advertised. Very nice studio apartment. It does not have a full kitchen, but there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and this worked just fine for me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. Check-in communication was great. The neighborhood was quiet and there is easy freeway access. Overall, a very nice stay.'

'This unit worked well for our stay in Phoenix. It was clean and what we wanted, a central location to explore the area. I don't think you would want to do much cooking as the kitchen is very small, but it was fine for our breakfast and some lunches in. It was nice to relax at the pool a couple of times during our stay as well. There are 3 small dogs on the property, but only saw them while we were at the pool and rarely heard them otherwise. A good alternative to a hotel room!'

'The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!'

'Casita was clean, very modern. Bathroom had a beautiful shower unfortunately there was no water pressure. There was only one Kleenex in the box and only one wash cloth for the two of use for three days. There was only one comfy chair besides 2 small chairs and a table, being a couple 2 comfy chairs would have been nice to enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day. You will have no ice because the freezer was so small, small ice cube trays would have been a nice thought. No iron in room but host did...
