'A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

'We arrived the day after Hurricane Beryl, there was no one at the hotel, we had the hotel to ourselves. We enjoyed every minute is this paradise. The road that leads to the hotel is shabby but that just adds up to the charm of this hotel. Paradise! '

'Very nice and accommodating reception staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Nice to be so close to the Santa with the Tours included.'

'We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. 'the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.'

'Beautiful little hotel with amazing food. And great service. If you want a romantic getaway this is it.'

'Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.'

'The house and cenote is beautiful.'
