Duurzame hotels in Tancah

'Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel met een gezin met twee kinderen. We zaten in blok 4, redelijk recent gerestaureerd. Wel wat verschil tussen de kamers, wij kregen geen slippers, de kinderen wel. Wij kregen meer water, de kinderen minder. We hebben regelmatig gevraagd voor extra handdoeken want de kamer was vochtig dus niets werd droog. Op het dek hadden wij zitstoeltjes maar de buren deckchairs wat wij ook hadden verwacht want dat ligt toch lekkerder. De kamer heeft een goede afmeting, er is...

'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. 'We had an amazing time at this resort, it was clean and there was a large selection of food at the buffets and the à la carte dining was excellent. We wanted to mention the excellent staff, especially the entertainment team (and Naima, Gabriel and Alberto) who made our stay super fun as well as the great night performers.'

'The property was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful. Be aware, though, that upon arrival you will have to go through a 90 minute “presentation” where they basically try to sell you a time share. This was bothersome because we only stayed Monday through Friday. It was frustrating to give up that much time for a service we weren’t interested in.
