'We verbleven vier nachten in een kamer met zeezicht in het preferred club gedeelte. Helaas deed de lift naar de 3?3e verdieping het niet en er was geen andere kamer beschikbaar. Helaas waren de trappen niet van leuningen voorzien, niet echt veilig. Positief: heel groot hotel, maar het voelde niet massaal aan. Bij de zwembaden en de restaurants was altijd wel een plekje te vinden. Minpunten: de voordelen van preferred club zijn beperkt. Privestrand en aparte bar, maar geen verdere extra's. We...

'The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. '

'the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.'

'We arrived the day after Hurricane Beryl, there was no one at the hotel, we had the hotel to ourselves. We enjoyed every minute is this paradise. The road that leads to the hotel is shabby but that just adds up to the charm of this hotel. Paradise! '

'Muy buena atención del hotel. Esta alejado de Tulum, llegamos temprano y de igual manera entramos a check-in esperando 20mins, el agua sale caliente (cosa que no me habia pasado en otros hoteles) el wifi va bien, buena electricidad, cama comoda!, somos mexicanos y quisimos conocer el mar caribeño, nos toco sargazo pero eso no empeoro la experiencia. Para moverte necesitas Taxi pero la misma recepción te ayuda, hay tienda cerca caminando y un cenote donde hay un cocodrilo, el agua es de piedras...
