'Me and my two friends stayed here for the weekend. It was a lovely home and had all the amenities we could have asked for. We had a fire on Friday. We brought our own wood because we weren’t sure if there was going to be wood available for us to use and to our surprise there was. We hiked all day on Saturday and then came back to the warmth of the house in the evening. We would definitely stay again.'

'We were up visiting family and the Rock Gem and Mineral Show. I'm the only person local to Bradford County in my family. There were a few hiccups getting into the place... I wasn't able to open the door and I'm quite strong for a female. Thankfully my husband got the door open. We would 100% stay here again. It's our first Vrbo, but definitely the best experience of staying at a home/ cabin we've had thus far. The water does smell like sulfur, but that honestly doesn't bother me since I grew up...

Martine was such a gracious host, and had the pool ready for us when we arrived. The kids and i took a quick dip, then headed back to the house for dinner and an evening of relaxation. 'Our extended family celebrated grandpa’s 70th birthday with a group of 12 ages 3 to 70. We all had a great time! The house was perfect with room for everyone. The indoor pool and hot tub were ready for us when we got there. They were a huge hit. There are plenty of pool toys available. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for a large group. We brought precooked dinners with us. There are also two gas grills outside. The house is in a remote location, but there is an IGA 10...

'My friends and I were delighted with the charm of this farmhouse. It is a quick drive or longer walk to the lake but it’s a beautiful area to walk through. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were other great little amenities as well. Susan was extremely responsive and we felt cozy and relaxed the entire stay. We will be back!!'

'We try to get to Eagles Mere every fall. This rental was perfect for an extended family gathering of 10 people. Plenty of beds for everyone, an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, and the owners were most gracious and accommodating - they even brought us apples. Delightful people! 😁'
