Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
This hotel was a disappointment. Upon arrival everything looked cute with the little hunts they had as rooms ( that was the look and feel I was going for on this trip) it quickly went south when we got to the room and they were providing the tour. The room has no tv basic as heck, then there had to be a glass bottle with water to brush our teeth because the water from the tap was salty like the ocean. I was immediately turned off by that. It rained everyday of our stay and my makeup and personal item cases were on the bathroom counter which were damaged due to the leaking. The entire room leaked, water was dropping on us while we slept. When I complained all they offered was free food ( I couldn’t see how that correlated with having to replace all my items ruined by the leak).
Let’s talk about the restaurant and their service omg horrible service the guy that was there making the drinks on June 14th around 2pm had the worst attitude I even had to tell him to smile. He also didn’t know how to make basic drinks and when I complained to the people at the bar, this lady who also had the worst attitude put a spoon in the drinks and tasted it then said it was good! The workers at the bar behaved like it was a bother to serve us. The food wasn’t bad we had shrimp tacos which were not bad but wasn’t mind blowing either. We spent $168 dollars and didn’t enjoy a damn thing.
The only nice persons there were Chris, Ruben and Leslie at check-in otherwise they were all horrible.
