Dear Browny .. is a shame that you think this of our hotel .. when we have evidence of all communication which was nothing but polite since the beginning. But you were under stress cause you had problems with your dog on the street which is not the responsibility of the hotel. We tried to be helpful to you, But you were very argumentative and not wanting help. You decided to stay longer in the hotel so maybe we are not as bad as you said.. and you decided to get rid of your dog. Which was your decision NOT our request...

As for the A/C I understand you think its a downfall but so is burning diesel 24/7/365. I'm happy it wasn't too big of an issue for you and you got to cool off in the cenote :) If you come back reach out and we'll see what we can do about a discount!
