'We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.'

'Villa Eva was the perfect location for my family during our weeklong getaway from the demands of work. The property is located in a secure area with multiple checkpoints of entry, and centrally located to golf, beach access, and authentic local cuisine. The perfect location for golf and the exploration of the Mayan culture.'

'Very comfortable, great outdoor patio for morning coffee and dining and hanging out with awesome sunrises and ocean views. The pool and beach were steps away. Joan was very helpful in providing for our needs. There is 1 great little restaraunt a short walk but I would suggest having access to a car for groceries or other shopping or restaraunts or using a taxi service.'
