Fijn hotel waar je je gelijk thuis voelt, hotel personeel is super aardig zeker de ontbijt dame die ons elke dag verwelkomde. Het hotel is vlak bij de winkel straat met allerlei restaurants en barretjes Tulum zelf is een plek waarbij je met name jongeren tegen komt en het heeft een hippie achtingen vibe Vlak bij vind je Maya ruïnes en als je een autorit doet van can 1,5 uur ben je bij de grootste piramides uit de buurt, en kan je op de terug weg nog allerlei andere piramides, tempels en cynotes bekijken

The hotel is easy to find rooms are clean Except there were so many mosquitoes inside And the AC is not very cold but over all its nice and enjoyed my stay there ans defn would stay again there

Clean beautiful rustic property. Very cute room! Comfortable bed and pillows. Short walk from downtown but just far enugh away for a peaceful sleep. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The wifi wasn't working but we were able to install isim cards for internet connection.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews but this experience was the most frustrating experience I’ve had in quite a while. To start, when we checked in, we were told there was no wifi in the hotel and that there was no air conditioning. This is at odds with what amenities it shows the hotel having on the listing. If we had known that there would be no wifi or AC (in a tropical climate, mind you) we would NOT have booked the room. It was really late when we checked in so we had to wait until the next day. When we approached the concierge about the lack of amenities, he says the wifi is down everywhere in that location (which wasn’t true because we were able to get wifi at a place 1/2 a mile away). When we asked about the AC, he holds up a remote to turn on the unit in our room. What good is that going to do us to get ac if you’re keeping the remote to the ac in the room, behind the desk??? So we had to sleep in sweltering heat for a night because they didn’t want to give us the remote to one wall ac unit that looked incredibly old. The worst part is that, after checking out early, due to the lack of amenities advertised, they did not refund us for the 3 nights we didn’t stay so we ended up having to pay for 4 nights when we only stayed one. Awful customer service on top of it being incredibly loud and the room being outdated. Not worth the money AT ALL. Do not stay here, there are much better options nearby.

Great place, highly recommended!
I stayed at this hotel with my sister. We ended up extending your stay longer then planned. We loved this hotel. It was clean and the beds were were comfortable. It was quiet at night so you will not have troubles sleeping here. Wifi, fans and aircon worked very well and they provide you with a safety box in the room to keep valuables. Very friendly staff and a security gard at the door all night long. The place is central and has free parking space just outside. We rented a scooter and had no issues with parking. If you rent a bike they allow you to keep it inside of the hotel premises over night which was great. The area feels safe and is lit up in the night. Very close to the main streets and you can easily get from there to the beaches and the hotel zone by driving. Hailing a cab from there should not be too hard either since it’s so central. I would highly recommend this hotel. If we come back to Tulum we would definitely stay here again.

It was ok. It’s old and a bit tired. The beds were comfortable, the a/c works and there is very friendly and helpful staff. But there were constructions working right next door and it’s not sound proof at all, so we never got to fully relax either on the room, the balcony or by the pool. The shower were also a bit hard to regulate. The location is good, both central and yet private! Lots of good breakfast and lunch options nearby, also a very good supermarked within walking distance!

A fuir ! Sur les photos, l'hôtel semble entouré de verdure et calme, à l'arrivée on découvre un immeuble qui bloque la vue de la chambre et un autre plus haut en cours de construction ! Oubliez l'intimité, avec les travailleurs qui regardent directement dans votre chambre, et le bruit du matin au soir, impossible d'avoir un moment de tranquillité. Pas d'eau chaude non plus, et la propreté laisse à désirer. Une déception cet hôtel. J'aurai bien aimé ajouter des photos pour illustrer mes propos mais l'application Hotels.com ne fonctionne pas correctement lorsque l'on souhaite ajouter des photos.

Before arriving to Livetulum I had high expectations based on all the reviews I had read. Arriving there, this hotel did not meet my expectations. The hotel was not well kept. The pool was always dirty. The service at the front desk was not the greatest either. The hotel does have a beautiful setting but it is not well kept.

Property is beautifully maintained and secure. It is a block from the main roads, near 2 supermarkets and a plethora of restaurants and shops. There is a bus station to the beach a block away. Highly recommend and will surely be back.

The property location will catch you off guard because its located on a corner but doesnt seem like a hotel would be there. Its close to everything downtown. Great restaurants shopping , me and my hubby had a lovely time. The room with the swim up was really awesome.Cleaning crew very nice and staff nice and friendly. Although the late night gentleman didnt speak much english we still got what we needed. It gives you a homely vibes feeling that you want to stay a few extra nights.

Livetulum was a block away from the main avenue, but quiet. The place was clean and consisted of one room with a semi-separate space which included a sleeping couch, a small dining area, and a small kitchen. You can cook. They have free water downstairs to fill water bottles. The staff are extremely friendly and the price was great. I'd stay there again anyday.
