'We liked how cute the property was and the amenities were perfect. We loved our studio room and would love to stay again. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and kind.'

'A really nice beach type cottage with easy access to much of the southern Maine coast. Modern bathroom and kitchen with comfortable bedrooms. A very homey feel overall with very attentive hosts who kept up with us via electronic means and made helpful recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be near the coast with a little quieter environment.'

'We enjoyed everything about the place except the beds. Both the king and the queen mattresses were very uncomfortable, very hard. So we ended up sleeping on the bunk bed mattresses which had more give to them.'

'We rented the house to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with a small family vacation and it was perfect! We were able to bring my mom's dog and the four of us had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was great and is in a great location. The view is even better in person!! The only issue was that the heat was on 55 when we arrived so it took a few hours for the house to warm up - but it did no problem and the electric fireplace helped a bunch! I highly recommend staying here.'

'Our family group had a great time at the cottage. With the bunkie there was plenty of room for our group. Well equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and fire pit were appreciated. Very comfortable, even with the latest heatwave, would go back again.'

'The property was as advertised. Very clean and very well equipped. Robin was right next door and very responsive but not intrusive! Close to a small beach and Saco River, but away from the craziness of Old Orchard, which was a short drive for amazements. We went to the the Children's museum in Portland, ME which was crazy but awesome for the grandson.'

'From the moment we opened the door we felt so at home in this cozy cottage. We found everything that we needed and more. We were also greeted with a nice deck of Maine cards, chocolates and a gourmet jam from Stonewall Kitchen. Khloe, our Great Dane felt at home as well. We are so very thankful to the Graves Family for allowing dogs in this wonderful house! We will definitely stay there again!'

'We loved our stay in the Sandpiper cottage. The location was perfect and very walkable to shops and restaurants. The cottage had a really nice little kitchen with everything we needed. The living /bedroom area and bathroom were great too, We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. We would not hesitate to book again next time we are in the area,'

'The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the...
