I distinctly asked if $50 incidental charge would be credited upon check out. Front desk assured me it would but then charged me $28 additional amenity/reservation fee. This did not exist 2 wknds ago. This Fee included $33 food & beverage voucher BUT only 1 per day & could only be used at restaurant which opens at 4pm & checkout 11am. Told me I could not use...
