'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. A bit more entertainment in the evening would have been nice. Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach that can be used for the guests and this is not close to the pool area.'

'This was our second time staying, and it was even better than our first’ stayed in family section last time, adult section this time, and we had amazing times. Food is good (adults only restaurant is awesome!) love the a la carte restaurants, buffet is good, also so many activities like Mayan ruins, cenote, and river swimming.
