Chairs on the lawn with a fantastic view, s’mores kits, water bottles in the room. Every thoughtful detail—so nice to settle in for the night in a place like this. Also very close to Mendocino—4 minute drive to restaurants, stores, coastal walks, etc. '

'A beautiful mix of luxury (indoor hot tub, huge bathroom, very comfortable bed, everything well-kept) and the outdoors (surrounding trees, no noise, deer in the yard). The friendly host gave a quick tour and food recs at check-in. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Mendocino!'

'This was our yearly mother daughter trip for me & my bestie. This tiny home is located by the Fort Bragg harbor. It was clean, spacious and an overall great little rental. My Mom is in a wheelchair so the downstairs room & bathroom were perfect for her. They have a wheelchair lift out front, which was much appreciated. The rest of us stayed upstairs in the loft bedroom. Loved the quick access to the harbor & restaurants. Will definitely recommend this place to others.'

'This is a truly special property. It was so beautifully finished that I assumed it was a second home. When I read their photo book about the process of remodeling it as a vacation rental, however, I was both impressed and inspired. This is simply a perfect property in a beautiful location. Could not have asked for more or better. My only suggestion for future visitors is to make sure you screen shot check-in directions because cell service and even data service are spotty at best in this area...

"Average in every way. Didn’t sleep very well. We had a room on the ground floor and when the guests in the room above us walked we could hear the creaking of the floor. In addition the guests in the room above us lighted their BBQ on the passage. Open fire in a wooden building is dangerous and we were surprised hotel staff did not act on this dangerous situation. Complementary breakfast was tasty, but started at 7:30 am. Quite late. All in all a disappointing experience given the high price we had to pay for the room."
