'Stayed in the Female only 8 person dorm and it was great! The property is clean, there are lots of communal spaces to meet people, and it is located in a lovely area near the water/some good restaurants and bars. The owner was friendly too.'

'The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and had a lot of local information. It was great to have a kitchen, which had everything you need, to make your own food. Very easy transport links (bus stop right outside the hotel) and a good location; very close to bars, restaurants and shops. Very cheap accommodation, very good value for money - I would highly recommend this hotel.'

'New apartment houses at the edge of the town. Quiet location with horses grazing in the adjacent field. Room was brand new and and comfortable. Could have a little bit better signage to find the rooms, parking etc.'

'Een echte verrassing! Een in Victoriaanse stijl opgetrokken mohotel in het centrum van Launceston was een oud nonnen/leraressenverblijf van de katholieke kerk annex school, die er nog steeds is. Verbouwd tot mooie hotelkamers met hoge plafonds en een mooi balkon met uitzicht over de tuin en het centrum van Launceston. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met goede uitleg van de mogelijkheden in de directe omgeving, shopping en eetgelegenheden. Tip: Jail House Steakrestaurant op loopafstand... wél...
