"Ligt wat verder weg in Queens, maar wel op korte afstand van metrolijn met directe verbinding naar Times Square. Kamer en bedden zijn prima. Ontbijt is karig. Personeel is chagrijnig. Voor ons was het hotel een enigzins betaalbare lokatie tijdens oud/nieuw."

"Locatie is super super goed, alleen de buurt is niet savonds alleen te lopen. Wel dichterbij airtrain en metro station naar alle plekken zoals bv 50st.super goed te doen."

"We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always clean our room where we sometimes would come back to used towels. "
