'Mi estancia no fue de lo más agradable en el departamento, ya que en dos de las habitaciones en las camas nos picaba todo el cuerpo a la hora de dormir, y nos percatamos a la hora de levantarnos que estábamos llenos de ronchas, no sé si los colchones tenían algún animal (garrapatas, pulgas o algún otro insecto) que nos pudiera estar picando, al igual que las colchonetas que se encuentran en otra habitación. 'The hotel was incredibly ! My kids loved eating at the rooftop , so we ate every day . Also the pool was incredible ! The little sand box is also fun to play. They have a poster that says pool closes at 8pm but just ask staff at the rooftop and they will let you go inside the pool late hours . The staff is Supper friendly ! I was surprised in the cleaning . We usually wake up at 1-3pm so we leave the room pretty late . I’ll just leave the “ clean the room “ card . And the room will be clean...

'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'
