Luxe penthouse-eenheid in een gesloten Copala in de Quivira-gemeenschap. Unieke spiraalvormige trap naar privé dakterras met gashaard en bubbelbad. Gebouw zwembad of korte wandeling naar Copala gemeenschap clubhuis met zwembad, bar & grill, een fitnessruimte, etc. Een deel van Pueblo Bonito eigenschappen met toegang tot alle voorzieningen in een van meerdere resorts. Onderdeel van de golfbaan Jack Nicklaus Quivira incl clubhuis aan het strand en spa. Gasten krijgen korting op golf, spa, eten en drinken op een van deze locaties.

Deze eenheid # 6603 heet 'Casa Brisa del Mar' of Sea Breeze in het Engels. Brisa del Mar is een van de twee eenheden langs met afsluitbare verbindingsdeuren tussen hen in. Brisa del Mar kan worden gehuurd als een stand-alone unit met twee slaapkamers of in combinatie met een zuster appartement naast de deur om een verbonden vier-slaapkamer appartement ervaring te creëren. Beide units bevinden zich op de bovenste verdieping en hebben elk een aparte wenteltraprit naar een afgewerkt privé dakterras met een eigen jacuzzi en gaskachel. Grote flexibiliteit voor kleine of grote groepen!

Geweldige variëteit aan voorzieningen. Gasten hebben toegang tot alle voorzieningen in de privégemeenschappelijke Copala-gemeenschap. Dit omvat een prachtig privézwembad voor het gebouw + een korte wandeling naar het prachtige Copala gemeenschapsclubhuis met zwembad, bar & grill, fitnessruimte en andere voorzieningen. Copala maakt ook deel uit van de ultramoderne Jack Nicklaus Quivira-golfbaan met een spectaculair uitzicht op de klif en het strand en beschikt over een clubhuisrestaurant aan het strand en een spa. Daarnaast maakt Copala deel uit van de Pueblo Bonita-accommodaties, waar gasten toegang hebben tot alle voorzieningen van 5 Pueblo Bonito-resorts, inclusief zwembaden, stranden, fitnessruimte, restaurants, hondenverzorging / wandelen, gratis pendeldiensten en nog veel meer! Na bevestiging van de huur ontvangt u een persoonlijke en persoonlijke pincode voor het deurslot. We verwachten niet dat je fysieke sleutels nodig hebt tijdens je bezoek.

U krijgt ook de contactgegevens van onze conciërge die voor en tijdens uw verblijf uw belangrijkste aanspreekpunt is. Het personeel van de conciërge is zeer responsief en goed geïnformeerd over het gebied. Great property. Super clean, easy check in, concierge service was quite helpful, pool(s) onnsite, patio overlooking the ocean and surrounding area was a great benefit, rooftop tub and patio was a bonus, bathrooms were great and the beds/kitchen were good enough. Beach was about a one mile walk downhill, uphill return. Thanks for stay.

We highly recommend this condo and any unit under the Cabo Condo Property management. From the moment we booked communication was quick and thorough. We received a PDF and internet version of the units guidebook which included maps, restaurant recommendations, check in and check out procedures, etc. During the days leading up to and during to our stay, we used the WhatsApp to communicate with the host and almost always received an immediate response whether it was a unit question or a question about parking downtown. The unit itself was immaculate, high end, well stocked, comfortable, etc. The views from the rooftop are spectacular and were easily enjoyed from the hot tub and chairs/loungers available. We were able to cook many meals, watch our favorite tv shows, do laundry, and have all the comfort of home while being far from it. We were also able to enjoy a Cabo Yacht Vacation (sister company to host) sunset dinner cruise which was 5 stars as well and I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone visiting the area. The property itself was gated and felt very safe. We went for walks and runs together but I would have been comfortable on my own as well. We were also able to easily use services (restaurants, parking, beaches) at other property locations. Quiet and lovely. The unit and property is on the western edge of Cabo but getting to the marina all the way to San Jose Cabo was easy (we rented a car but taxis and Ubers are readily available).

Beautiful place! Just like photos- no complaints whatsoever. Great view from both patios, loved whale watching , pools were perfect temperature , quiet, peaceful place to stay, friendly staff at Quivera, enjoyed the poolside food/drink service - great location for going out to explore Baja, ( drive to Todos Santos/ la Paz , explored San Jose and East Cape area) Would def stay here again !

Before we got there, the hosts set up communication via WhatsApp to make the check-in process and overall stay so easy. I messaged them a few times with random questions and they answered so quickly and were extremely helpful. When we arrived to the property we were very pleased with how safe and secure it was. Then we finally made it inside and OMG. The views are unreal but just everything about the place was exceptional. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, patios. You can not go wrong by staying here. Everything in the community is also amazing. The main pool and the pool at the condo building are awesome. We spent so much time there and we are not even pool people. It was an easy 20 minute ride to the marina/nightlife. We rented a car so I do not know how the other means of transportation are. Overall stay was definitely 10/10 and we are already looking to come back and stay at the same place !

The Condo we stayed at was exceptional, with beautiful furniture and finishes, with quite the view. Beds were so comfortable. Communication with the agent was always open and they were very helpful, although as a first time traveler to Cabo and Quivira, it was difficult to determine Quivira check in processes, shuttle booking and overall the true scale of the estate and that realistically you can’t rely on a shuttle service, requiring the additional hire of a golf buggy - it really should be explained and included as standard in their pricing. Understanding what is available to a guest in Quivira could be communicated better - it was on our second last day we discovered there was allegedly a “general store” at Sunset (we didn’t go find it to confirm)…we could have done with that bit of information on our first night. Copala, whilst having its own pools is a long way from any dining options, and the rest of the resorts. Overall though, this is a lovely place to relax and when all the development is done, will be quite a delightful place to holiday. Thanks again for a terrific stay.

Cabo has been our favorite destination for the past 10 years. We love Sunset Beach. Our stay at Copala was outstanding. We loved sitting in the hot tub watching the whales and sunsets. The staff at Cabo Condo Vacations were outstanding and met every expectation. We will definitely look to stay in Copala in the future. Very convenient to our favorite places in town.

Looking for a relaxing vacation outside the hubbub of downtown Cabo? This is the place for you. The condo and property are wonderfully attuned. The owner is one of the best I've encountered. at communication. Every morning we delighted in drinking coffee and having breakfast on the deck, as we looked out onto the blue waters. At night we'd go to the rooftop and watch the stars from the hot tub. This really is a beautiful location and rental. Be sure to take advantage of the clubhouse. The staff there are amazing. If you do not have a car, be sure to work with them on arranging transportation.

We had a great time staying at this property. Everything was exactly as described. The owner and his team helped us create a memorable birthday celebration. Their recommendation for Chef Dulce was excellent as she prepared meals for us throughout our visit. I highly recommend this property and team for a future stay.

The fire pit and barbecue did not work when we arrived. We were missing the air conditioning control for the second bedroom.Lack of attention to detail overall, for example the kitchen sponge was well used instead of new.

My daughter and I really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, decorated very nicely, comfortable, and a nice place to relax. We loved the view and could hear the waves every morning on the deck with our breakfast. The rooftop deck was lovely, even with some afternoon winds. We had a bit of trouble opening the front door initially, but once we realized the wind was pushing on it all we had to do was pull the door towards us and it opened right up. The staff around the complex was friendly and helpful. We had a delightful time away! I highly recommend a stay here!
