Casa Contessa zit vol met aangepaste functies, waaronder designer meubels in hacienda-stijl, oliën, aquarellen, antieke hacienda-wandtapijten en ander kunstwerk in de hele villa. Vanaf het moment dat je aankomt, begrijp je snel dat de keuze die je maakte perfect was. Uw toegang wordt begroet door een zachte waterval die zacht landt in het zwembad dat onder de stenen loopbrug naar de voordeur van de villa ligt. Het houdt daar niet op ... eenmaal binnen worden met de hand geplaatste stenen ontwerpen ingelegd in de vloer terwijl je over de woonkamer en aangepaste keuken kijkt. Professionele keukenapparatuur van de kookplaat tot de Vitamix professionele blender om de perfecte cocktail te mixen. Denk dat je alles hebt gezien ... zelfs niet in de buurt! Op maat gemaakte, extra grote koperen lantaarns van het bedrijf "Carolina Lanterns" verlichten de entree, het pooldeck en de patio. Meer dan 90% van de achterkant van de villa met uitzicht op het zwembad, patio's en oceaan zijn pocketdeuren die het beste binnen-buitenleven creëren dat beschikbaar is en een extra 4.500 vierkante meter aan onderhoudende en speciaal gebouwde buitenwoonruimtes bieden. Terwijl u doorgaat naar High-Five, uw gelukkige gasten en naar het zwembad loopt, loopt uw verbeelding de vrije loop terwijl u kijkt hoe het water zachtjes over de stenen waterval loopt van de jacuzzi naar het zwembad, om vervolgens over het overloopzwembad zonder rand te vallen. Voor die watervleugelige kinderen (of volwassenen die in het zwembad met een cocktail willen zitten), is het 10 inch diepe waterplatform perfect voor algemene loungen. Het koud krijgen? Vonk de met stenen omwikkelde privé-vuurkorf op omringd door ingebouwde stoelen met kussens voor 10 personen. Honger krijgen? De buitenkeuken bevindt zich naast de vuurplaats en creëert het perfecte verzamelgebied rond de eettafel in teakhout voor de massa. Casa Contessa is uitgerust met 4 HD Sharp Flatscreens (het scherm in de woonkamer is 70 '!!) aangesloten op HD Dish Network en BlueRay dvd-spelers, natuurlijk Sonos home stereo en AppleTV. De zeven woonruimtes van Casa Contessa zijn compleet met individuele airconditioners waarmee gasten hun woonomgeving op maat kunnen instellen. Hulp in de huishouding en conciërgeservice zijn inbegrepen, evenals pre-shopping. Linnengoed en toiletartikelen van de bovenste plank zullen indruk maken op uw gasten op de eerste dag. Een van de grote slaapkamers biedt een zeer privé buitendouche. Deze buitendouche is omgeven door bloemen en rijke planten om je relatie met de natuur te verbeteren. Voor degenen die graag ontspannen in een bad, komen de met de hand gehamerde koperen badkuipen van Casa Contessa in beide grote slaapkamers de uitdaging aan. Onze gasten kunnen reserveren bij de wereldberoemde Alberge Spa met een assortiment lichaamsbehandelingen op maat, evenals reserveringen voor de Esperanza-restaurants voor ontbijt, lunch en diner. Esperanza-zwembaden en toegang tot de fitnessruimte zijn niet toegestaan. The property was in great shape and the views were outstanding. We were able to get around to see all that Cabo had to offer and boy was that a lot. The property owners and their team (Concierge, Chef, Ride Service etc) were 1st class. We were totally pampered!!!

Simply perfect! Diane's home is impeccable - new, spacious, comfortable and of the highest quality. The location is excellent, and the experience was even better thanks to Baruch, s "house manager"attention and hospitality. The house provides access to a beach club where we had breakfast and did our morning workouts. The small private beach along the coast is a peaceful area to relax. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property that is well equipped and has amazing views. We particularly loved being able to see whales from the back patio while we sipped our morning coffee or swam in the pool. All of our requests were fulfilled timely with excellent service from all parties that worked to ensure we had a wonderful stay (property owners, concierge, property mgr, and housekeeping).

Came for a quick birthday trip with friends. The property is absolutely beautiful! The pool was amazing and when it got a little cold, we were able to jump into the hot tub. Baruch was extremely helpful in booking anything that we needed, even last minute requests. He was quick to help with any questions we had. The house was very clean and well stocked. The rooms were large and absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful house, especially the backyard. The property manager was very attentive, as were the owners. However, it was off putting to see an indoor camera that we noticed a few days in, as my husband was standing in front of it wearing only a towel, since he came out of the shower to ask me to help adjust the water. The camera was aimed at the front door, but could see us in the hall as we passed to and fro. I texted the owner because this made me uncomfortable, especially since the camera can hear our conversations. I would have written it off, but I was offended at their response, which was that we are the first people in 15 years to complain about it. That's not really the point, and I feel that our privacy was violated, and cameras are not allowed inside properties per VRBO terms. We ended up unplugging it. They also had an exterior camera at the front door, so not sure why the interior one was necessary, and this is a double gated community with strict security. She said that they usually tell their guests but we were not told. Even if I had been told I would have unplugged it. The only other complaint was that there was a big mark up on some of the groceries. I thought that we were being charged only a delivery fee of $50. Our bill was so high that I checked some prices at the store down the street and found that liquor, in particular, was extremely marked up, so you might do better purchasing that on your own.

This was a vacation to remember, and we will definitely be back. From the moment of the booking, the owner, Dianne, was beyond helpful. She immediately put un in contact with their concierge, and gave us some quick tips on how to make the most of the stay. The home was even better than expected, and no detail was overlooked. We were celebrating my 40th birthday, and I couldn't picture a better venue. The house is built for entertainment, and we loved that there were multiple areas that were just perfect for entertainment. We especially loved the pool/hot tub, the outdoor kitchen, and the cozy firepit! All of the rooms were perfect, and everybody was satisfied with their space. The property is located in an incredibly safe area, with access to trails, beach, and a beautiful beach club! We LOVED our housekeeper Noemi, and the service she provided was incredible. We felt so taken care of by her while we were there. Just counting down the days to go back! Thanks, Dianne for your incredible hospitality!

Casa Contessa is a beautiful home in the always perfect Punta Ballena. Diane, the owner went out of her way to help us when a few guests had specific laundry needs which we appreciated and the home was comfortable and suited every need. We would definitely stay again and look forward to our next trip to Cabo!

If I could give it ten stars I would. Property was beautiful, great location, pictures were very accurate, but its even better than it looks. The owner was extremely helpful and checked in with us several times to make sure all was going well. She made the trip comfortable and let us make sure we had all we needed. Where you stay on your vacation is as important as where you go. If Cabo San Lucas is where you choose to vacation, you can't find a better place to stay anywhere in Cabo. This Villa is top of the line in every respect. It is set in a garden paradise with spectacular views of the ocean. To give you a reference... if it were a car it would be a Rolls Royce.

From the moment we arrived at the property it was everything we had hoped for. The outdoor living area was spectacular. Infinity pool, swim up bar, plenty of lounge chairs. The interior of the hose was just as great. The owners were very easy to deal with and always available to answer any questions. They were even so nice to have flowers and a cake delivered to the house for my wifes birthday. Top Notch!

Our family could not believe our eyes when we arrived to Casa Contessa. This villa is very custom from head to toe. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed a few too many bottles of wine while doing so. Great trip, the best!

Our group of 4 couples really enjoyed our stay at Casa Contessa! The home is lovely with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about anything you could need. I would highly recommend using the Esperanza spa! It’s one of the best I’ve been to. Also, the pool at the beach club was great for sitting by the pool and ordering lunch. Their sushi was amazing! I would definitely recommend Casa Contessa to anyone traveling to Cabo! The owners were a pleasure to work with and checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok.

This is a gorgeous home with a fantastic location. The photos on the listing simply do not do justice to the real beauty and impeccable quality of everything Casa Contessa delivered. Our family agreed that this was our most favorite vacation and we plan to return again this summer. Dianne (the owner) was so nice and helpful and her staff on-site are very professional and attentive. We can’t wait until June to arrive as we are planning to stay in her larger villa Casa Stephens located directly across the street.

Casa Contessa is A-W-E-S-O-M-E ! ! Totally exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do this place justice. We were in Cabo for a family retreat and everybody had plenty of space with their own individual bathrooms/showers. Dianne (owner) was very responsive to our requests as well as the staff who work for them. We all enjoyed the BBQ and outdoor kitchen as well as the fire pit in the evenings with a few bottles of wine. Delightful! We will most certainly be back with a larger group next time since the owners have another 6 bedroom villa directly across the street that is also amazing. We have rented other properties in Cabo and around the world and Casa Contessa is #1 by far.

We just got home from a week long stay at Casa Contessa. There was 9 of us(5 adults and 4 children). This was my fourth time staying in Cabo with my family and it was by far the best! The home is gorgeous and the pool and jacuzzi were absolutely phenomenal! Dianne was a gem to work with and she called us the night we arrived to see how things were going. The concierge Baruch was extradionary!!! He brought us groceries, set up transportation, and even coordinated for us to have a Thanksgiving dinner prepared for us by a chef. Noeme the housekeeper was very friendly and did a wonderful job keeping the home clean during our stay. The Punta Ballena Beach Club as always is incredible! We will be back soon!
