'Great place to recover and relax after a day have hiking or out on the river. The amenities were above what was expected with ready available grills, fire pits and relaxing atmosphere of rocking chairs on the front porch.'

'Cute and clean little cabin feel. We loved having the comforts of a place to land after a day of adventures. We appreciated the mini kitchenette for having some meals in and the outdoor amenities were amazing. We cooked some wonderful food on the Blackstone grill, and enjoyed the fire pit on the evening it wasn't raining. Lots of great conversations and company. The owner is very hospitable and there are lots of nice thoughtful touches through out. Don't miss out on this one. We hope to stay...

'My family and I came to the area for a weekend getaway to take our son to ride the Polar Express in Bryson City and stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights… and I could say the stay was definitely not long enough! It was a beautiful and quaint little lodge that was tucked away in the wilderness!! I had a mix up on my days and was able to call the owner directly to correct my mistake and he was so helpful and took care of it right away even though I booked through VRBO. 'Beautiful location. There is a trail right besides the cabin leading to the waterfalls. Restaurants are within a 7 min drive.'

'The little house was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the hot tub. The quiet was great and we enjoyed a nice wine tour eith grape escape. The only thong we needed was a good cutting knife and cuttibg board. We love to cook and we made our dinner the first night. Had to use a steak knife to make salad and cut veggies. Knives would be good would definitely book again. Thanks so much for your beautiful little cabin. We live ina cabin in Kentucky and that is our happy place.'
