'We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!'

'The house was clean and cute and the location was perfect. Kitchen was easy to use and the Keurig was fully stocked! The beds were comfy. We had 6 people And it didn't feel crowded. 'My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend during a Manchester-area soccer tournament. It was the perfect landing spot. We were able to easily do my son's uniform laundry in the basement which was safe and clean. The place was quiet and my son reported that the sofa sectional which adapts into a full-sized bed was fine for him. We walked across the street and got pizza one night and were able to use the kitchen to cook, no problem. We will return back in the future for sure!'

Just the right size with cute and practical accommodations, especially fully-equipped kitchen and living room with space to accommodate two working folks and large flat-screen for media entertainment. 'Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away...

"Zeer goed hotel, fijn overnacht. Uitstekend ontbijt (18,99 ipv de bij Expedia aangegeven 13,99) met genoeg vers aanbod en een fijn, rustige dining area. Kamer aan de voorzijde tot 21.00 uur wat lawaai van de straat, maar daarna heerlijk stil. Heb erg goed geslapen. Zou er zo weer overnachten."

It's like staying in a Bulgarian youth hostel...
"This was the worst value-for-money we have ever had in the US. First of all, there is basically no service. We stayed for a week, house-keeping never entered the room. You need to walk to the reception to get a new towel, to get toilet paper or when the shampoo ran out. The place advertises having a spa and sun terrace, those were closed all week. And then there's the noises... Three nights there was a barking dog in the room next to us. All night long... It bared throughout the day as well, but at least that didn't keep us up. I complained at the reception but that didn't change anything. One night there was a group of ~30 persons partying on the hall-way right outside our room. The only reason we could get some sleep was because the extremely noisy airco filtered out some of the yelling... We have stayed in various hotels in the area before, this was hands-down the worst."
