'This was the best luxury, adults-only resort that I have been to in Mexico. The food was exquisite and did not taste like resort food. It was intimate and the staff was wonderful. If you can get their private boat from the Renaissance directly to the resort (and back), then stay here!'

'We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Just a heads-up, the walk from the ferry can be quite long, so I’d suggest arranging for a golf cart in advance. You can rent one through the property, but they only accept cash, and the price is a bit higher. However, this wouldn't impact my overall positive review. 'Hotel Mousai has amazing service (truly over the top) and the property and views are beautiful. Restaurant NOI is excellent - breakfast & dinner. Some of the others are a bit crowded and not as special, though very satisfactory. Pool areas are exquisite. Spa is fantastic. Only downside of this incredible resort is lots (!) of seaweed on the natural beach, which makes swimming/snorkeling in front of the hotel a “no go”.
