'The home is lovely, looks newly remodeled and nicely done. Beds were all comfortable. Nice to have a driveway to park the car. Was ideally located for our trip. There was a smoke detector beeping in one of the bedrooms and when notified the issue was corrected quickly. Enjoyed our stay.'

The property was well managed, exactly as described & displayed in the photos, and accessible to other boroughs (Bronx, Brooklyn, & Queens). Hou er wel rekening mee dat het appartement in Hoboken, New Jersey ligt, wat enige reistijd met zich brengt om Manhattan te bereiken. De prettigste methode is ook meteen de duurste: via de ferry. Retourtje kost $18 per persoon. Je kan ook met de bus, $7 pp, maar die kruipt door de zeer drukke Holland Tunnel.'

'I would stay there again! Apartment had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Plenty of room for 7 or 8 people. It took us a little while to understand the rail system from New Jersey to Manhattan, but after that, everything was a breeze. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would have liked a washer and dryer, but other than that, all was fine.'

'Open floorplan with a bedroom for each kid (2) and a suit for us parents. Large dinning table, clean rooms and plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials, we didnt have dish towels. Street parking wasn't bad. Black out curtains in the suit were great to sleep in. As mentioned in a previous review, sirens were abundant but didnt wake us.'

'Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.'
