'Was very disappointed with the place. First, no coffee to make in the morning. Second, bare minimum furniture and sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. Third, we had absolutely no TV service. After arriving, I sent several texts to the host about no TV service, and they did not even reply to one text. Do yourself a favor, pass this place by and stay elsewhere. So disappointed 😞'

'A great value in the beautiful Ritz Carlton. The room was clean and comfortable with a private covered balcony overlooking the entrance of the Ritz Carlton from level 4. The host was extremely accommodating and also provided access to a free covered parking space.'

'This unit was spacious, bright, and had wonderful views of the ocean and city skyline from every window. The comfort of an apartment with luxury hotel amenities offers the best of both worlds. James was also very responsive and polite. We will definitely be returning!'

'Amazing experience! We had no issues checking in, plenty of room and beautiful space. We had a clogged toilet that we could not get fixed with the plunger, I emailed the contact and within 16 min a man was here to fix it. Location can’t be beat, parking included was a HUGE perk. I have high standards with rentals, and this one met them all. Overall would totally stay again.'

'Mooi appartement op een mooie locatie! Bij aankomst stond zelfs pancakemix voor ons klaar. Vlak bij een metromover station, supermarkt en drogist. Om de hoek ligt Calle Ocho. In het begin misten de lakens voor de 5e persoon maar dat werd snel verholpen. Keuken is voorzien van koeling met vriezer, oven, koffiezetapparaat en voldoende...

'The place was so cute. Clean. Outdoor seating. Lots of plants everywhere. So beautiful. One block from Calle 8/Little Havana and all the restaurants. We do recommend.'

'Nous allons certainement revenir, tout était parfait !'

'A spacious large condo set within the AKA hotel in the financial district of Miami,it is well situated for public transport and has numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well appointed but a number of light fittings are not working and the broken kettle mentioned in a post in November 2025 is still inoperable. Although not specifically mentioned, the pictures show a balcony which is correct but it is an internal one overlooking the hotel dining room. Communication with the...
