'We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.'

'Lovely home, clean and as described and in photos. Bedrooms are small, no dressers, one stand for hanging clothes. Ok since our stay was short. Living area and kitchen are large, comfortable with lots of natural light. Great location. would stay here again. Beds were really comfortable.'

Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the Hollywood Hills with spectacular views of Hollywood and LA, we had lots of room to spread out in comfy spaces. Danny, our host was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, we were able to walk to our concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Would definitely recommend!'

But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!'

'This was a very nice house that has been rehabbed. It was large enough to fit our group of 10. Lots of modern technology. Garage has been turned into living space. Expensive but it’s LA. I would like to give it a five star but just can’t. The cleaning was just subpar. Lots of cigarettes butts outside in plant pots and on deck and side of house. A dirty diaper in the window. And the trash cans were overflowing the day we got there and the garbage truck wasn’t coming till we left.'

'This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.'

'My family booked this place for the week and we were very pleased with the location, amenities, and communication with the host. They were very supportive of our time here. And the proximity to Pasadena, Glendale, and the rest of LA is pretty good. The only thing to be aware of is street parking, as you need a permit. But overall, great place. Thank you.'
