'The condo was spotlessly clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable! The hot water in the shower didn't last long, but it was fine. They offer bicycle rentals for 100 pesos per day and it's less than 30 minutes ride to the beaches, 10 to the grocery store, and 15 ish to downtown. There is a pool, a gym, and parking available. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. '
