We come across this place while looking and I am so thankful to have found it. It is just what I needed and gave me the feeling of being at home which is something I had not had in 4 months. The communication was easy and the place is secure. If we are ever in Birmingham again we will be staying here!'

This was the perfect place for him to live and work for his first month in a new town, as he looked for a permanent place to live. The host is incredibly supportive and communicative. The neighborhood was super interesting and lively, but at the same time quiet, walkable, and felt very safe. Connected to larger unit, as communicated, but still felt private and secure. 'The listing is deceptive because it shows up in the 2 bath filter, it also list the 2nd bath as 1 and half bath (which makes you think it is a Jack and Jill bathroom) but this is a one bathroom with a half bath in one of the bedrooms. The home is older but cozy. The neighborhood is quite but I was uneasy with some of the activity on the street. I might stay here again but not for the price I paid to rent this home'
