'Convenient, attractive downtown location for walking. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The floodlights were annoying. The rooms were broken up in an awkward manner. The furniture was totally wrong for us seniors: high table and chairs, a sofa that put us so far down that it was nearly impossible to get up. The "smart" television was too tricky to navigate. All we needed were the basic channels.'

'This home had everything we needed. My family and extended family (two German Shepherds) had a really great time. Every thing was so like brand new that I even conveyed to the owner that I was afraid to scratch or dirty anything. I asked the owner why he put "just basics" in the description. He responded there was no pool or hot tub .... so what. Great place to relax and to use as a base camp for anything that you want to do in the area. 'I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals over the years that fell short of expectations. Not this one! This rental was without a doubt the cleanest room I’ve ever rented. Tina and Randall were very welcoming upon my arrival and made me feel at home. Everything about the rental was wonderful. It worked great for what I was in the area to do. Had great conversations with my hosts and was offered many tips on great places to dine. I feel I’ve made some new friends! Highly recommend. No disappointments!'

For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly.
