'Fantastic time at this property. Hiked every morning including to Griffith Observatory (w no driving). Afternoons in pool/hot tub. 2 block walk to Gelsons for groceries; safe cute neighborhood. Short evening ubers to Hllywd Bowl, Dolby, Greek for shows. Pool needed bit of cleaning when we arrived but cleaners showed up so quickly. Fantastic experience. We would rent again!'

'My family loved staying in Vinny's cute lil' home with a well manicured lawn and garden.... tbh, I booked it solely because I absolutely loved seeing pictures of all the flowers in their outdoor space, then it just so happened that it fit exactly what my family needed. 😅 Vinny totally went out of his way to provide everything we needed and more. He stocked the spa tub with bath bombs and salts, the other bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, there were extra blankets and pillows,...

'Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!'
