'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'

'They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!'

'We were scheduled to check in on Sun. I received a message on Sat evening that there was electrical issues in the condo and that we would not be able to check in until Tues. They did put us in a hotel that was a block away. It was a basic hotel room so definitely a down grade but I did not see the message until Sun morning and didn't really have any other option at that point. They did offer me a small refund on our stay (at this time I have not seen that refund). The motel was nice enough but...

'There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. "The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
