'The hotel was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. I think it is very overpriced for what they offer. The gym didn’t even have something as basic as cold water, and the coffee machine in the room had small insects in it. There wasn’t much variety of drinks available — only basic options — compared to other hotels I have stayed at before, where I paid much less than for this hotel. Overall, this hotel was not what I expected for the price I paid.'

'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'

'There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality restaurants and beautifully presented dishes. Every meal felt like a special occasion.
