'Food was great. It would be nice to be able to reserve a dinner reservation via phone from your room instead of having to walk all the way over and get turned away. Hotel and stores do not tell you that if you charge to the room you get a different exchange rate instead of the $20 pesos per US dollar that’s posted in the shops. Bed comfort was good. Overall room and amenities in the room were excellent. They think of everything! '

'Everything was great about this hotel. It is about 5 min cab drive from the ferry. Very clean, the stuff is amazing, fast and very polite, entertainment is good. We found that food is very tasty. Lots of healthy options! The buffer is inside ( I was happy about it). The coffee shop is good. The drinks are not bad as well. There is no beach, but it is a waterfront and you can swim using a ladder. The water was beautiful and we snorkeled every day. The AC in the room worked well. I used the gym...

'Our stay at Paradisus La Perla was truly exceptional. Staff was pleasant, attentive, and welcoming. The restaurants were beautiful and the attention to guests was amazing. Alfredo in particular (at the reserve pool) was phenomenal and really made our experience top notch. We would love to return!'
