'Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice.'

'The grounds, beach, pool areas were all lovely, very clean and manicure. All of the staff at the hotel (from the customer relations, housekeeping, waiters & grounds staff to the recreational folks) ALL were excellent, friendly and courteous. We felt that all of the specialty restaurants, including the buffet, and the open early to open late coffee shop in the lobby. We’re all very good. Each one had a different atmosphere and location on the property so we didn’t feel the need to go looking...

'The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well.'
