'They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!'

'Super hotel with all the luxury you need. The staff is very helpfull and always there for you. The food is very delicious although I prefer a buffet breakfast so you can have a little bit of everything. Also the beach and pool and super. The spa experience is also defenitly a must.'

'We were scheduled to check in on Sun. I received a message on Sat evening that there was electrical issues in the condo and that we would not be able to check in until Tues. They did put us in a hotel that was a block away. It was a basic hotel room so definitely a down grade but I did not see the message until Sun morning and didn't really have any other option at that point. They did offer me a small refund on our stay (at this time I have not seen that refund). The motel was nice enough but...

'It is big but really doesn’t have much furniture.Two decks on the main floor have no furniture at all except pots for the plants. The roof deck is very large, the beautiful wood sun chairs on it have no cushions, none are available. There are no umbrellas. There is a shade up there though, over the dining table. We had to buy a fry pan, all the pots and pans supplied, except one, were pealing non stick. The coffee maker is tiny. A bit of sewer smell in the bathrooms on occasion, water...

The rooms are elegant, spacious, and impeccably maintained, offering both comfort and privacy. The attention to detail throughout the resort is remarkable. What truly sets this place apart is the service. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm, and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect. The dining experience was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality restaurants and beautifully presented dishes. Every meal felt like a special occasion.
