Instalaciones muy lindas y ambiente tranquilo, si eres Mexicano te recomiendo llevar dólares para las propinas, ya que el personal no te atiende por ver al extranjero que le deja 1 dólar de propina, así tú dejes 100 pesos mexicanos, eso no les llama la atención, sobre todo en el restaurante Lola beach. Comida y bebida de excelente nivel. Estaría genial que no rentaran las cabañas (camastros con techo) que están al rededor de la alberca, que sea todo incluido. La cafetería abre desde las 6 am y es Maravillosa y los helados.

We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had stayed longer. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the grounds were very pretty, the food was great- especially at the lunch restaurant that sits on the beach. The service was also wonderful. We would go back for sure.

Me gusto el servicio de los empleados, muy educados y atentos para solucionar los problemas. No me gusto la mala comunicación por el intento de vender la membresia de otro hotel de la cadena. Tampoco me parecio barato el upgrade por la habitación con supuesta vista al mar q no es tan asi.

Fantastic resort. Very nice. Not too big or too small. We had a swim up room which was large and very nice. The pool area is excellent. The beach is wonderful. We walked about a mile or so up and down the beach from the Zilara. No other resort had a beach that even comes close to Zilara’s. Service, amenities, location, cleanliness were all excellent. Additional food options would be welcomed. The quality of food needs improvement.

Overall, this was an excellent place to stay! Did not enjoy the push to go to the sales pitch at another resort. We said no, and were still bothered about it. I understand it’s business, but if I want to spend money on a timeshare or wtvr, I can make that decision myself. I did not come here to get pitched business proposals, especially after traveling all day and just trying to get to our room Beautiful location, beach is super clean, nice facility. We found there were plenty of things to do. Food options were pretty good. The best thing about this resort was the staff. They treat you with such respect and they are very sincere. They really are hard-working and kind people.

We had an amazing stay! Would definitely go back. Upon arrival, the service was great and the staff super attentive. We were offered a free room upgrade for travelling as Expedia guests and treated to a special romantic dinner as well. It’s a small resort which makes it feel much more intimate. The resort has one big pool but we stayed on the beach the whole trip because of how beautiful it was. We didn’t eat much at the buffet but the restaurants were phenomenal! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and great service, stay here!

Great food options, Capri Italian restaurant was excellent! We had a tropical view swim up room, we had a wonderful view! Even though it was a smaller resort, everything was very convenient, and had a more personal feel. All the staff was very accommodating and pleasant! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Joel was VERY GOOD! I hope all your staff are paid a living wage for their work! It was nice overall however more dining options would be better as after about 4 days the same ones get tiresome. One issue is that my wife is vegan, we had emailed ahead of time asking about what options would be available, but no one ever got back to us even after we followed up a second time. We had a few instances where a menu item at Lola Snacks was listed as vegan, but then it was served to her with real mayonnaise on it. She didn’t realize it was egg mayonnaise since there is a vegan mayo, and ate it and became quite sick for a few days. Another thing we noticed was that there was a Ceasar salad listed at Capri Grill as being vegetarian yet there’s anchovy paste listed in the ingredients. It left my wife, feeling a bit concerned about the food choices and lack of options and knowledge, and that she Was going to get sick again. Although the waiter didn’t seem to fully understand what vegan meant, he was very accommodating and did speak with the chef to ensure that my meal was vegan, which we really appreciated. My wife spent about three days overall with a very upset stomach, which unfortunately reduced her level of enjoyment. El Comodor provided some nice options for her, which she appreciated. The beach was by far the nicest on that stretch of properties. The sand was like powdered sugar, and felt amazing and the water was very clear.

My first experience in Mexico. The resort was great. Not sure I would even risk trying a different one. Not a large resort so not as many dining options but the benefit is not crowded. Always a table available at every restaurant but we did tend to start eating by 6/6:30. Quality of food, drinks, service and accommodations very good.

I loved the rooms and the beach area. The staff were all fantastic! My only complaint was that I got tired of the food offerings at the end of my stay.

Beautiful, clean resort with modern decor in every corner! The staff truly work so hard to ensure that every guest is looked after and has a positive experience from dining options, to drinks and responsiveness to requests for service to the room. Food was good; nothing to rave about and also no complaints. The sushi was delicious and a lovely experience! We loved the vibes at the pool!

Disappointed in our stay at Hyatt Zilara Riviera. We travel to Mexico twice a year. We’ve been doing this for over 10 years. We have stayed at the Hyatt Zilara in Cancun on multiple occasions and it has been wonderful. That’s why we decided to try this resort. It was subpar to every trip we’ve had previously including ones to other resorts. The service was scaled down. Many of the staff seems stressed because there wasn’t enough help. They responded to us in kind. The drinks were extremely weak with little to no high-end alcohol to select from. This is an upper end resort catering to adults only. To not have options in this area is unacceptable. The food was similar. Inconsistent and often disappointing. The facility and resort itself are lovely. Well maintained. The rooms are comfortable. Our room service was, very good. We had friends with us who had never been to Mexico. Wished we had taken them elsewhere for their first experience. This is a newly renovated and reopened resort. They need to do a lot of adjusting to bring it up to the brands reputation in my opinion, I would go elsewhere for now.
