'The service'

'A perfect, peaceful, non-touristy place! Lovely pools and excellent service. We loved K’uhul for its laid-back atmosphere and menu that included some traditional Yucatán fare. The Joya grille was great for lunch, served poolside if you choose. The Côté à Costa restaurant had excellent beef carpaccio, but was just ok for us. 'I don’t understand the low ratings, this place was fantastic. Good food (steaks are ok but everything else delicious) welcoming and helpful staff, fantastic pools on both hideaway and the family friendly side. The suites are clean and comfortable. Room service is slow but else is convenient. The cafe makes great coffee every morning and the bartenders make delicious drinks. Highly recommend. Oh and the gym amazing! '

'The hotel offers a beautiful and relaxing environment with friendly and attentive staff. The buffet had a great variety of dishes to suit every taste, and the Japanese restaurant with its live show was a memorable experience. The coffee shop was a perfect spot to unwind. 'We enjoyed our stay. We have been to 15+ all inclusive resorts. This one is really nice and I feel like it was a really good value. The beach does not have blue hotel zone water. It is like most of the beaches in the area south of cancun. The room was vey nice. The food was good and the options were plentiful. The resort is large enough to feel like resort and not just a hotel, but not so big that you have to take transportation to get around and need maps to find everything. The rooms...
