'Nice house, quiet neighborhood and very attentive owner'

'Great space, clean and with plenty of room for 6-7 people, very nice balconies if you like chilling outside. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance and a very nice looking common area which I didnt bother to try but should've. Its literary also an apt complex so if youre not a stranger you wont be.'

'There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!'

'We needed a place to stay during our remodel. This property was directly on the beach and close to Main Street. The remote control for the TV was missing but the managers replaced it the same day we called them. The property is old but recently remodeled. It fit our needs but could have used a few additional electrical outlets.'

'This was a great place to stay at for the sole purpose of what we were there for. We came to Disneyland from Las Vegas and it was very close. There wasn’t many food options around, but we found this bar/restaurant that had very good Mexican food. It was called Dos Amigos!'

'Todd was great at communicating with us while we were there. Check in and out a breeze. The photos are a little deceiving - balcony is very tiny and we didn’t have a deck. The views were amazing though and so easy to get to things.'

Getting to the laundry was confusing, but the owner helped us when we had questions. And we had a grocery delivery that didn't make it - I guess the neighborhood is a bit confusing for delivery drivers, too, but we eventually found the packages in front of another house nearby. 'We were very pleased with the unit. Clean, as advertised. Easy to locate. One small drawback is that there a little traffic noise but usual quiets down by 9 or 10. To be clear, it is not on a main road. Just off the main road. Great place overall'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
