'Pamela's voh18 was perfect for an extended family getaway. We had 16 guests (8 adults and 8 kids). Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for everyone to gather upstairs or do their own thing on one of the lower levels. The location to the beach and the 4x4 beach were great! Definitely recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle if you don't already have one to drive on the beach, that was the highlight of the trip for the kids. I'd give the house a 4.5 if i could, the one drawback was...

'This was our THIRD time staying in this house and hopefully there will be many more visits. Bernadette is the BEST host. We have had a couple of requests/accommodations over our stays and she totally made it happen when she didn't NEED to...she's just awesome like that! The cleanliness of the house was great. Location is perfect. Everything in the house worked just fine (tv, appliances, hot water, etc.) My family can't wait to put this house on our calendar for the 2024 season!'

'They so s a nice house with a smart layout. Very clean considering it is pet friendly. Sure some things could use a little updating but overall is in great shape and an awesome location just off the beach. Beach chairs and toys included made packing easier, the kitchen had tons of pots and dishes, way more than we have at home. Highly recommend if you're ok with a comfy home rather a modern brand new option.'

'This is a very nice property and is in close proximity to Duck - nice walking distance. It is right on the main street so there is some road noise but not too bad, though. The walk to the beach and pool amenities are about a block away. We would definitely stay again.'

As far as location goes, I’m not sure it could have been better. Far enough away from the more touristy areas, but still had plenty of fun things for the kids to do. 'Plenty of room for 10 people. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool and the hot top were cleaned twice while we were staying at the house (6 nights). The house could use some deep cleaning. There were spider webs in many rooms. One thing to consider is the distance to the beach. It is a hike to get to the beach so be aware especially if you have kids. Also, there were no instructions in the house for things like trash pick-up days (Wednesdays & Saturdays). Overall we all enjoyed our stay :)'

'This property was an absolute dream. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could think of. The location and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We saw dolphins and the horses came right up to the house on more than one occasion! Even the beach driving was a fun experience that I already miss. Will happily book at the Seashine in the years to come.'

'Dan is a wonderful host. The house is very well decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The size of the rooms were good. The kids had a nice cozy room.
