'The location is perfect. The beach is just a few short blocks away. A Wawa is conveniently right across the street for a quick bite to eat. The off street parking was a plus. It was just a quick one night stay, but we would love to come back again to stay longer in the warmer months. Everything is exactly as described and shown in the pictures from the listing. Has pretty much anything you need for a vacation.'

'Suite was clean and had plenty of room for our family of five, location is ideal with the arcade and water park onsite and casinos nearby. Check-in was very slow, really long line as you check-in with hotel guests. Only one elevator worked our entire stay, hopefully the property can address this as there were so many complaints. Would stay again and hope the property can continue to make improvements now that the water park and arcade are generating many visitors.'

'I liked how big the unit was. The three bathrooms were very useful. The elevators need to be updated. We stayed with the kids and a dog. We loved it so much, we decided to add an extra day. Adding another day was very easy over the phone.'

'The property was recently renovated and purposely set up for a cute STR week/weekend. Its 2 floors, first is the commons spaces and 2 Bdrms upstairs, which is nice is some people want to go to bed and others stay up late. Décor is cute for couples or a girls get away weekend. The location is walking distance to Showboat, Hard Rock and Ocean with 2 Bdrms - one King & 2 Full. Each has its own bathroom which is 100% a plus for groups. 'We had the perfect weekend stay for a wedding at The Reeds. The location couldn't have been better! The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our comfortable stay. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to downtown, with a variety of shops and restaurants. The beach is also very close by. Overall, we highly recommend this place!'

'Stayed one night with friends. The set up is nice. Everything was updated and clean. The property manager/ owner was very responsive. The location is great. Walking distance to Tropicana , Tony's Baltimore Grill and Gilcrests. Clean area of the city for sure. Didn't understand where to park but there are 2 parking passes. You can always park at the Trop and walk over. You will really like this place'

'This property was a perfect set up for my daughter, her friend, and me. Cozy and clean, this apartment has everything you need and space to relax. Host was responsive and helpful! Great spot to walk to the end of the boardwalk and beaches. Spring board for other towns and beaches/boardwalks as well. Building and neighborhood noisy at times being on the first floor. 'Cozy suites was wonderful quiet extremely clean and disinfected !!!! However be prepared to be on check in line for at least 3 hours I was on line for nearly 4.hours just to check in. Unlike many of other patrons that did not book with comfy suites our room was ready again extremely clean looked exactly like pictures and the beds were best sleep I’ve gotten in long time! I would love to know what mattresses they use definitely would purchase one.'

'We were inform through Expedia that free breakfast was included. But that was not true. Mr. Devit charged me for parking when others got parking included. Other than that it was a good stay.'
